2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting us via email or official communication channels.
Cancellation requests will be considered only if the project work has not yet started.
Once the project has started, or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for services that have already been delivered, partially completed, or are in progress.
If a payment is made in advance and the project has not yet started, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Change of mind after project initiation
Delay caused due to lack of information or response from the client
Services already delivered as per the agreed scope
Custom or milestone-based work already completed
