  • Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting us via email or official communication channels.

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if the project work has not yet started.

  • Once the project has started, or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for services that have already been delivered, partially completed, or are in progress.

  • If a payment is made in advance and the project has not yet started, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Delay caused due to lack of information or response from the client
